the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency obligations
concerning information on issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a
regulated market and implementing the Transparency Directive 2004/109/EC (the
"Law"), to the extent that the Law applies to a public international body of
which at least one Member State of the European Union is a member, as it is the
case for CEB. |
